Prices include electricity, water, gas, security box, taxes and VAT;  Rates are per Villa and not per person; .

Heating: payable locally to the key holder according to use. First set of bed linen and bath towels are included in the rate.

Final cleaning: 15 Euros per person (or child) occupying the property payable locally upon arrival. During checking you will be asked for a deposit of 200,00€ for Arcadia, for Esperidi or Narciso, and 150€ for  Galatea or Maia as a warranty of the good use of the apartment and the Podere. After a final check, the deposit will be returned if no damage has occured. We suggest to contact reservation to verify final terms and condition.

Payments: 50% on confirmation (within 1 week), remaining 50%, 60 days prior arrival date - bank transfer In case of cancellation, no refunds is foreseen.

No credit cards/bancomat accepted.

Arrivals/check in: only on Saturdays between 5:00pm and 9:00pm. The key holder must be advised if arrival will be later than this time. Departure is at 9.00 in the morning. If you leave the apartment after 9:00am you must pay for another day no matter the arrival date or time.
